Designed by architect Demeester, erected in the late 70s, the Rivoli building was designed as a residence and luxury shopping gallery. Since then, arcades are a significant element in the neighborhood Bascule.
Inserted between three floors of parking, two floors of offices and eight floors of apartments, the Rivoli gallery was originally composed of forty spaces that have been grouped together over time to form larger entities.
In 2013, the gallery has been a first phase of renovation that indicates significantly the possibilities of development of the complex in the coming years. The beauty of its architecture will be clear when the renovation is complete.
