Gîte / Gîte équestre "La cle des bois"

A haven for up to 4 to 6 people in the middle of a 3 ha property with an indoor heated pool (April to October) 5.5m 10m (shared with the owners).

The rental for a week varies between 380 € and 580 € depending on the season. Possibility to rent for a long weekend but also outside the high season (July / August). Price upon request.

The cottage is located 1 km from a small rural village surrounded by woods and crossed by the Meuse. The greenway (along the river) connecting to Givet Charlevilles-Mezieres (75 km) lies at the foot of the property. The place is very quiet and conducive for observing animals (beavers, foxes, herons, swans, geese, ducks ...). The area is ideal for hiking, either on foot, by bicycle or horse. Everything is provided for the reception of riders and their mounts (meadows, paddocks, tack). 8-9 ATV (in order) are also available. The cottage has a beautiful new kitchen, a large dining room, a living room (TV + DVD) and 2 bedrooms (double beds), a bathroom tub bath, separate shower and two toilets. You also have a private terrace with a barbecue and a large garden (+ furniture) confining the pool.

 

The cottage is 12 km from Charlevilles-Mezieres (The old town is interesting historical and architectural point of view (Place grand ducal Rimbaud museum, the museum of the Ardennes, ...)).

Bouillon (Belgium) is not far away.

The semois (and its descent in a kayak) are 10-15 km.
