Our chefs have already developed a food strategy where raw materials are applied directly to farmers and developed in collaboration with them. Fresh vegetables, spices and premium meat products served on site ensure quality and environmentally friendly use of all ingredients. A new restaurant based on this ambitious policy will open in 2018 in the hotel lobby with fresh produce from a farm in the city.
