It is in 1990 that we open our Restaurant l'Eau vive. 20 years later ... Our work is rewarded by a second Michelin star.

This small mill of 17 Century installed in a wooded environment enjoys an exceptional charm.

The canopy that extends the old building, allows you to enjoy a garden caressed by a river, the Burnot.   The efficient and relaxed service is led by Anne and is done professionally to make you spend an unforgettable moment.

Our cuisine evolves while always respecting the product. Our cuisine is a balance that combines crunchiness, acidity and fatness. Our cuisine is a journey to a certain emotion.   The Salon a Zen space where colors and materials harmonize. It is the link between our Espace Medissey and the Restaurant l'Eau Vive.
