We love to discover, shape, try, bake, cook & hope with our hearts, with all our strength and our thoughts, to make you happy. Our country house is a place to relax & rest, enjoy, feel good and shop, we would like to take you there, with floral workpieces, special plants for inside & outside, accessories for a nice stay in one of our enchanting guest rooms, a break at a Breakfast, Café & Cake or a meal in our Café - Brasserie. Deeply rooted with our native Saarland, with a shot of French blood, we work with regional products according to the season. Fruit, vegetables, flowers and herbs come from our garden everything is fresh and homemade. We cook Saarland cuisine with a French influence and like to think outside the box. We are located in the North Saarland, directly at the National Park Hunsrück Hochwald.
