Le Bistrot

Formerly used to refer to taverns or cantinas, the "bistrots" currently represent small popular establishments in France that became points of reference in the Parisian culinary way of life and the great Gallic cities throughout the 20th century.

• Le bistrot French does not have a defined style of food although, due to its popular and regionalist origin, it has always served traditional dishes, made with fresh and top quality food.
