The museum holds in its rooms representative objects of a chronological period between the sixth century. B.C. and the first century. B.C. reflecting an attendance of the city of Gallipoli time to age messapica as in Roman times. Moving from room to room takes a virtual journey back in time accompanied by locally produced or manufactured goods imported from Greece; has led to the discovery of the mysterious messapica language; one is amazed and moved by everyday objects and jewels found in the tomb of a child. The new display, which uses the latest technology applied to museum communication, allowing for easy understanding of the characteristics of a world away millennia but for some aspects still relevant and in any case part of the unique heritage of each of us.
