The National Museum Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna is a museum dependent on the Directorate of Libraries, Archives and Museums (Dibam), dedicated to the dissemination of the life and work of the Chilean historian and politician Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna (1831-1886).
The museum is located in the same place where the fifth house of Don Benjamín Vicuña Mackenna (1831-1886) was, but from the original building built around 1871 there is only the outer pavilion, where the work room, library and archive of Don Benjamin, declared a national monument in 1992
