I have a few different collaborative models, the Artu Community and then there is private coaching. The community price (works as a secret here on facebook) is 49.90 € / 3 months or 128,90 / 12 months. I share information and new operating models, and each of them picks up the pieces that are right for themselves. Behind the group is support and when you ask, I will respond.

On the private training side, the basic model is to prepare your diet individually for you. The price for this service is € 249. When you want and need a plan as a friend and support for a diet, the chance is 3-12 months. At the beginning, we open your life and spread everything that comes up for review. This brings new angles and a lot of motivation for change.

The journey includes accurate diaries and an exchange of thoughts on its agenda. The emotional diary is at the center of the exercise, including exercise and certainly nutrition. With the help of the emotional journal, we get to the strain of your life. As you reach deeper into the surface, it gives you the chance to get inside.
