Residenza del Timo is a refined tourist complex of 4 apartments located near Punta della Suina (700 mt.). Each apartment has its own entrance and an external relevance with laundry and shower. The property is surrounded by a large pine forest and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Natural Park "Isola di Sant'Andrea - Punta Pizzo", an area where nature is wild, with a landscape characterized by intense colors and scents. The pine grove is next to a large olive grove where you can relax on the many hammocks and benches that decorate the outdoor area of ​​the residence. The lawn garden offers guests several corners equipped: a large gazebo with table and chairs, umbrellas and a double brick barbecue. Each house, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has two bedrooms, both furnished with double bed or single beds, with a large wardrobe and a small outdoor terrace that can be used as a drying rack. Each room is equipped with independent air conditioning; in addition, the two bathrooms, one with a washing machine, are complete with shower. In the living area we find a spacious and bright entrance / living room with sofa bed and kitchenette with built-in electric oven. The solutions have a comfortable terrace where you can have lunch and dinner outside under the canopy, also using the barbecue located on the lawn, near the gazebo or on the terrace in the pine forest. Guests of the Residenza del Timo also have free access to the adjacent village and use the services: swimming pool, jogging track inside the Parco della Vita, bars and restaurants, market, daytime and evening entertainment with games, tournaments, group sports courses, shuttle service to the village to the nearby "Punta della Suina" beach and other beaches of Gallipoli. On request there are also other additional services, such as transfer to the nearby Gallipoli and all the beautiful marine of Salento. The property provides, on request, the rented linen to be paid separately, upon your arrival: Complete set per person € 16.00 and with mandatory weekly change. In August the week 08/15 is rented only in conjunction with the previous week and the week 15/22 only in conjunction with the next.
