THE RESTAURANT Ivo Adam's award-winning cuisine is a creative blend of local specialties and international refinements, sometimes of exotic inspiration, always fresh and seasonal. International and regional dishes will be reinterpreted and served à la carte. Discover authentic and intense dishes in their taste in a modern, cosmopolitan and inspiring environment. The offer is completed by the patisserie of the house that offers pastries, ice cream and chocolate specialties. The bar located in the center of the restaurant is the ideal place for aperitifs and a glass of Champagne. In the corner of the restaurant, you can be convinced of the freshness and quality of fish, shellfish, meat and cheese.

THE LOUNGE The spectacular lounge on the ground floor is the flagship of a lively culture of wine and liqueurs. The bar, the designer furniture and the DJ make it a chill-out lounge. Variations of cocktails, soft drinks, a selection of regional beers and a wide range of wines by the glass, are accompanied by a rich culinary offer. Cigars from all over the world can be enjoyed in the first floor smokers lounge.
