This year, the Peshi restaurant changed registration, moving from Kutuzovsky Prospekt to the second floor of the Modny Sezon shopping gallery, closer to Red Square. The general line remains the same - first-class fish and seafood. A fresh catch twice a week is brought from Japan, Morocco and the Far East, and the assortment changes all the time. The most worthy specimens flaunt on the glacier: you just need to poke a finger at any octopus you like, langoustine, pagr or kurodai (wild Japanese sea bream), and soon it will be in your plate - in the form of ceviche, sashimi, carpaccio or tartar, baked in sea salt, steamed or eight more ways. The owner of the restaurant, Elena Shevtsova, runs the kitchen, she also opened a special laboratory, where they carefully monitor the quality of all supplies.
