Tourists go there to enjoy its cultural vitality: events, museums (including the Museum of Fine Arts and Decorative Arts), opera, concerts and a famous nightlife. It has preserved spaces of greenery which allow to breathe fresh air after wandering downtown. These places are found especially on the banks of the Alster.
