Sea Dance festival was first time organized in July 2014, at a long and beautiful Jaz beach, near the city of Budva and visited by more than 80 000 fans. After its debut it won the Best Medium Sized European festival Award and soon became internationally known and famous.
I remember the enthusiasm we all felt about such a great event which made our country very popular among the youth worldwide. No other event before gathered in Montenegro so many visitors and performers from all around the globe. Having some of my favorite groups (like Jamiroquai and The Prodigy) playing at the beach where I was spending time as a child, was something very special. I have always dreamed about big names coming to Montenegro and with EXIT creating Sea Dance my dream came true.
Year after year, Sea Dance was attracting more and more people and acccording to Forbes, Sea Dance is among TOP 10 EUROPE'S SUMMER FESTIVALS.
Jaz Beach is one of the most beautiful beaches and it is just perfect place for events like this. There is a huge camping area and along the beach different stages are placed during the festival. The Main stage with its 30.000 attendee capacity is reserved for the leading performers while at Dance Paradise, Reggae Stage, Silent Dance, Latino Stage, Cinema, and CHILL Zone you can enjoy a wide range of different music.
So, imagine yourself at a 2 km long beach, full of people, dancing to their favorite sounds. Summer, sun, sea, fun! I don't see the better way of spending summer holidays than to visit festivals. The best thing is - When you get tired, jump into the water, refresh yourself and back in the crowd!
