Aside from being a popular spa, Vrdnik has many interesting sights in the area. One of the attention-grabbing spots would be the Vrdnik Tower, built during the Roman times, suspected to be in the year 287. The tower is valuable cultural heritage, that can be reached through a pleasant hike, and used to be an observation town. Located on the hilltop, it offers a panoramic view of Fruska Gora national park, as well as the Vojvodina flats that look without an end.

Vrdnik Spa consists of six pools with thermal waters. There is an Olympic pool, 1-1.8 meters deep, that still holds the title of the largest pool in the country. There are three pools for kids and three for adults - some of which are covered and adapted to be used even during the coldest months. The pools are open for all visitors and are highly recommended as a part of restorative physical therapy. The specialized hospitals and sports medicine clinics are there to answer any doubts or suggest the best way to utilize this natural spa retreat.
